I’m Betsy Balog, Graduate Student Intern at Catalyst Counseling. I work with teens (15+), adults, and seniors. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s been heavy or confusing in your life and feel truly seen and respected for who you are. I especially enjoy supporting clients through grief and loss, aging and life transitions, women’s health concerns, and challenges with self-esteem and attachment — helping you reconnect with yourself with compassion and patience. In-person and online sessions are currently available.
