After experiencing the tremendous change because of excellent counseling myself, I decided that I wanted to help others find hope and wholeness again as well. I have been on the receiving end of therapy, and I whole-heartedly believe that change and growth are possible! As a therapist, I believe in the power of creating safety, trust, and collaboration to help you identify what parts of your life need tending and growth. Using mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients peer deeper into what feels stuck, identify what is keeping them there, and take steps towards positive change and healing. I am EMDR trained (EMDRia), and I use this modality with clients who have experienced trauma or are facing difficulty functioning after painful experiences.
