I believe that therapy can be a deeply empowering and transformative experience, built on a foundation of trust, collaboration, and genuine connection. As a licensed clinical psychologist, my goal is to create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where clients of all ages can explore challenges, discover strengths, and experience meaningful change. Because each person’s story is unique, I take an integrative approach to therapy—drawing from a range of evidence-based methods to best support each individual’s needs. This flexibility allows me to tailor treatment to the person or family in front of me, fostering self-awareness, growth, and emotional resilience. I strive to connect with clients—whether children, adolescents, or young adults—through creative and individualized techniques that make therapy both effective and personally relevant. I have experience working with diverse populations and a variety of psychological concerns. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment and relationship challenges, and behavioral disorders such as ADHD and sensory processing disorder (SPD). I currently have limited openings in my conveniently located Northwest Evanston office near the Skokie border. I am deeply committed to building strong, collaborative relationships and providing thoughtful, compassionate care to every client I work with.
