Introduction

I have been in practice for over 17 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I am also credentialed as a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and have completed AutPlay Certification. I have extensive experience working with clients and families who have past trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship stressors, family conflict, attachment concerns, and more. With a focus on attachment and relational patterns, my approach is strengths-based and tailored to your unique needs. Together we will examine repeated patterns that keep you feeling stuck in relationships and find where those behaviors originated. Then we can work to dismantle and rebuild your skills for more security and fulfillment. Challenging old belief patterns and ways of interacting makes space for new growth. Our work is collaborative and always at your pace. Finding a therapist that feels like a good fit can be hard. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions and determine if we might work well together. I look forward to meeting you!
