Life brings challenges, transitions, and emotions that can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences, better understand yourself, and navigate life’s challenges without feeling alone. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative. My style is direct while remaining warm and genuine. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, valued, and accepted for all the parts that make you who you are. I believe healing is not linear, and meaningful change takes patience, self-compassion, and time. I will meet you where you are and support you at your own pace. As a lifelong Eastside resident in the Pacific Northwest, I understand some of the unique pressures students and young adults face while navigating identity, relationships, education, and career paths. Therapy is a partnership guided by your experiences, values, and strengths. Together, we can explore difficult emotions, recognize patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop greater self-awareness. I believe you have the capacity to create meaningful change in your life. My role is to walk alongside you as you challenge old beliefs, discover new perspectives, and build a stronger relationship with yourself. If you are ready to explore new sides of yourself and work toward meaningful change, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
