Navigating life’s challenges alone can feel heavy. Sometimes we need a caring professional who truly understands and values our unique experiences. I provide a safe, therapeutic environment where you can explore your challenges, express your emotions, and build on your strengths. It can be a loss of a job or career difficulties, the death of a loved one, relationship issues, or adjusting to change in our lives. Whether it's one tragedy or little things that add up - it can be overwhelming and counseling is a step towards healing. Our work together will be strength-based and personalized to meet your needs. Drawing on over 19 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults, I believe in the resilience and potential within each person. My goal is to support you in finding inner peace, developing a stronger mindset, and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My practice is a space that honors all identities and lived experiences. I am committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, first-generation individuals, and anyone who has felt unseen, silenced, or othered. Together, we’ll work to help you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected to yourself. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your healing journey. *Educational Experience* I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 19 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages, couples and families through life’s challenges and milestones.
