Beginning therapy is brave and courageous. In therapy you'll find support that honors your story, your resilience, and your capacity to heal. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore challenges, process emotions, and reconnect with your strengths. My approach blends empathy and collaboration with clinical expertise. It is strengths-based and tailored to your individual needs, to help you find inner peace, create self-compassion, strengthen your mindset, and improve your most important relationships. With over 19 years of clinical experience, I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in various settings who are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, school stress, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Across all of my work, I aim to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and culturally responsive. My practice is a space that honors all identities and lived experiences. I am committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, first-generation individuals, and anyone who has felt unseen, silenced, or othered. Together, we’ll work to help you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected to yourself. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your healing journey. *Educational Experience* I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker supporting individuals of all ages, couples and families through life’s challenges and milestones.
