I’m not the kind of therapist who sits quietly while you talk in circles without moving forward. I care deeply about helping you understand yourself, get unstuck, and build a life that feels more livable and aligned. That means I will support you, challenge you when needed, and stay present with you through the hard parts, without judgment or pressure to be “put together.” I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, substance use, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the weight of just trying to hold everything together. My work is especially rooted in supporting people who feel unseen, disconnected, stuck in survival mode, or like they don’t quite fit in traditional therapy spaces.
