Life in public service, vocational ministry, or the military comes with a unique set of demands—and often, hidden wounds. Whether you are navigating relational stress, burnout, trauma, or the emotional burdens that come with serving others, you don't have to carry it alone. My desire to counsel is deeply rooted in my own life story. As the child of a pastor and Army National Guard chaplain, I witnessed firsthand the unique challenges faced by ministry and military families. These experiences shaped my calling to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate emotional, relational, and spiritual stress. My goal in therapy is to offer a safe, grounding space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will work toward healing, resilience, and hope, drawing on both clinical best practices and a deep respect for your personal values.
