I bring over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's most challenging moments. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), I've worked across the lifespan—from children through elders—using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Family Systems work. I'm also a Certified Clinical Supervisor and Board Certified Telemental Health Therapist. My strength-based approach centers trust, respect, and compassion as I support you through emotional and behavioral challenges, whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, or relationship concerns. I'm fluent in Spanish and currently accepting new clients for telehealth sessions. I work with most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Humana, and Cigna Healthcare.
