Introduction

I'm so glad you found me. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist who integrates traditional psychotherapy, EMDR, expressive arts therapy, and dance/movement therapy to support healing and growth. My work is client-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, and grounded in the mind-body connection. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating a range of life experiences and emotional challenges. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am passionate about helping clients feel more confident in who they are, live authentically, and deepen connection with themselves and others. I believe healing happens when we engage the whole person. I view my clients holistically and integrate an understanding of their life experiences, relationships, and social environments into our work together. I strive to create a collaborative space where clients feel respected, supported, and empowered in pursuing their goals. Movement and creative expression can provide meaningful pathways toward healing and self-understanding. In therapy, movement may range from breath awareness and grounding practices to self-led movement exploration. Creative modalities such as art, music, and writing can also support emotional processing and deepen therapeutic work. These forms of expression are always optional and tailored to each client's comfort level, needs, and preferences. My goal is to help clients create meaningful changes that support their values and goals, untangle patterns connected to trauma, relationships, or difficult emotional experiences, and build greater self-understanding, resilience, and authenticity. I would be honored to support you along your journey. Schedule a free consultation above.
