I am committed to helping you overcome challenges and achieve your personal goals. I seek to provide a supportive and confidential space that promotes acceptance, honesty, growth, and change. I value making therapy accessible to underserved communities. I am also committed to changing the perception of counseling and normalizing the desire for one to seek mental healthcare and wellness. The best interest of my clients is a priority, and everything I do is guided by my values and professional ethics. For larger audiences, Christian churches and organizations in particular, I offer groups and workshops covering various mental health topics. "Church Crazy" is a name given to my approach for bridging the gap between the mental health and religious communities. Whether individual counseling or groups/organizations, compatibility in therapeutic relationships is an important part of the counseling journey. I offer a free 15 minute consultation so that you have an opportunity to learn more about our policies and approaches, and so that we can determine if I offer the services to meet your needs.
