My style is direct, practical, and collaborative. I focus on helping clients better understand what is happening, build tools that actually fit their life, and make steady changes outside of session. I am a Texas LPC and LMFT, NCC, and ADHD-CCSP. My work often includes CBT, skills-based therapy, Gottman-informed couples work, psychoeducation, and structured problem-solving.
