You may be coming to therapy because something in your life no longer feels quite right. I offer a warm, judgment-free space where we can explore what may be getting in the way of feeling more connected, fulfilled, and at ease. Together, we can better understand the patterns shaping your life, make space for difficult experiences, and work toward a life that feels more honest, meaningful, and aligned with who you are. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring our work to your needs and goals. Together, we can explore where certain patterns began, challenge beliefs or narratives that may be keeping you stuck, and create space for new ways of thinking, relating, and moving through the world. I work with individual adults and couples navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship and intimacy concerns, identity, spirituality, and career exploration. Our work can be deep and challenging while also making room for humor, curiosity, lightness, and joy.
