Introduction

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, and I'm glad you're here. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or having to have everything figured out. I work with teens and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, burnout, and self-doubt, and more. Whether you're trying to feel more like yourself again, navigate a difficult season, or simply want to grow, we'll work together to find an approach that fits you and your goals. While I have extensive experience working with athletes and performers, you don't have to be an athlete to benefit from what I do. Many of the same skills that help people perform under pressure—like managing anxiety, building confidence, improving focus, and developing resilience—are just as valuable in everyday life, at work, in school, and in relationships. If you're specifically looking for sport or performance psychology, it's important to know that this is a specialized area of my practice. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I'm also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and hold a Ph.D. in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. That means you're working with someone who has dedicated years to specialized training and experience in both mental health and performance. No matter what brings you here, I believe everyone deserves a place where they can feel understood, supported, and challenged to grow. I'd be honored to be part of that journey with you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to find out when we can get started!
