Introduction

I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment, so you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to live. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s mental health, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, cultural identity, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting BIPOC individuals, first-generation adults, immigrant families, and survivors of domestic violence. As a first-generation African therapist, I understand what it can feel like to navigate multiple cultures, identities, and expectations while trying to honor yourself. I recognize that our mental health is shaped not only by our personal experiences but also by our families, communities, cultural values, and the systems we navigate. You don’t have to carry those experiences alone. I currently offer evening telehealth appointments to help make therapy accessible for individuals balancing work, school, parenting, and other responsibilities. I’m an associate-level clinician practicing under the direct clinical supervision of Brenda Martinez Gualajara, LCSW, PMH-C, an Arizona Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor.
