People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes something specific has happened: a loss, a rupture, or other overwhelming circumstances. Other times it’s harder to pin down, more like a sense that something's wrong, whether it’s in their relationships, their sense of themselves, or just in how they're moving through life. I work with adults and adolescents dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties who want to understand themselves more fully and feel more at home in their own life stories. In our work together, you’ll have space to bring all of yourself, including the parts you’ve set aside or never had words for, into the conversation. We’ll work to understand what you’re carrying, where it comes from, and what becomes possible from here. If something here resonates, I hope you'll reach out. I'm currently accepting new clients in-person and virtually. I offer free 15-minute consultations to see if we'd be a good fit. Starting therapy is a hard decision, one most people sit with for a long time. There's no wrong time to start. I'm here when you're ready.
