Introduction

Hi, I’m Bobbi Jo, an LICSW offering telehealth therapy for women 18+. I found my way into this work through a deep belief that healing happens not just through insight, but through reconnecting with the body, safety, and self-trust. My approach is gentle, body-centered, and honors your pace, especially if you’ve spent a long time holding everything together. I specialize in working with women who are experiencing burnout, chronic stress, life transitions, ADHD and Autism, or who feel disconnected from themselves after years of caregiving or over functioning. Through somatic therapy, we focus on helping your nervous system settle, building awareness of what your body is communicating, and creating space for clarity, grounding, and lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more at home in yourself, more confident in your boundaries, and better supported as you move forward.
