Introduction

You're not broken. You're stuck in a pattern — and patterns can change. I work with individuals and couples who are exhausted by the same fights, the same distance — and ready to do something different. Maybe you're lying awake wondering if your kids can feel the tension. Maybe you keep choosing the same partner in a different body. Maybe your work life is fine but your relationship is quietly unraveling. That's not a character flaw. It's a skill gap. And skills can be learned. You don't need someone to listen to you vent. You need someone who can see what you can't — and help you change it. My work is grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a direct, action-oriented model developed by Terry Real. Unlike traditional talk therapy, RLT doesn't circle the problem — it names it, and gives you real tools to shift how you show up. I'm a Certified RLT Relational Coach, trained through the Relational Life Institute. Sessions aren't open-ended. There's a structure. I'm direct — with kindness and respect — and you'll leave every session with something concrete to practice. Most clients notice real change within weeks, not years. I work virtually and can see clients across state lines. Sessions are typically weekly. A free 15-minute intro call is always the first step.
