I believe therapy is most effective when it feels supportive, comfortable, and authentic. My goal is to provide space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. While I take the challenges you face seriously, I also bring warmth, compassion, and a sense of humor into our sessions. I believe therapy can be meaningful and productive while still leaving room for laughter, connection, and moments of lightness. My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and tailored to each person's unique experiences, needs, and goals. I provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy, with a growing focus on supporting women and girls with AuDHD (co-occurring Autism and ADHD), particularly those navigating a diagnosis or discovering their neurodivergence later in life. Additionally,I have an interest in supporting individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges associated with obesity, weight-related concerns, and bariatric care. Other areas of focus include anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Through a collaborative approach, I help clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges. My goal isn't to change who you are, but to help you recognize your strengths, gain greater self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting changes that align with your values.
