I am a bilingual therapist providing therapy in both English and Polish. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural and clinical backgrounds. My clinical work has included supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, grief, emotional dysregulation, life changes, relationship challenges, and severe mental health conditions. I use an integrative approach tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, supportive therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches.
