Introduction

Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in North Carolina, practicing since 2009. With over 15 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and parents navigate the challenges life can bring with clarity, confidence, and compassion. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to meet your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Systems Theory to support lasting change. Whether you’re dealing with relationship stress, parenting struggles, anxiety, or life transitions, I work alongside you to identify goals, uncover patterns, and build practical tools for growth. I provide all therapy sessions through secure telehealth, allowing you to access quality care from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Telehealth offers flexibility for busy schedules, eliminates travel time, and makes it easier to stay consistent with therapy—no matter where you are in North Carolina. Many clients find that meeting online helps them feel more relaxed and open, supporting deeper connection and meaningful progress. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment—whether virtual or in-person—where clients feel heard and empowered. Together, we can explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward in a way that aligns with your values and strengths.
