Introduction

Hi, I'm Brad Young Many people I work with aren’t looking for psychotherapy or a mental health diagnosis. They’re looking to move through old hurts, grief, stress, or patterns that no longer serve them. I offer non-clinical coaching throughout the U.S. focused on helping you get unstuck, feel better, and move forward with more clarity, relief, and direction. This work is intentional, focused, and provided separately from psychotherapy. Licensed mental health counseling is also available in Vermont, Massachusetts, and Missouri for those seeking assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness conditions within a clinical framework. This option is appropriate for individuals who are looking for psychotherapy or medical-model care. Ancient ways counseling is about helping you let go of those old ways of thinking and feeling that keep you stuck, so that you can experience greater clarity, freedom, and peace.
