Hey, I’m Braden Norton. I work with adults and older teens who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and be more present in their lives. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on the whole person; not just symptoms. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences, relationships, identity, habits, and well-being shape how you think, feel, and move through the world. We’ll build self-awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change. Therapy isn’t about becoming someone else; it’s about reconnecting with yourself and building a life that feels like your own. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ concerns, identity, life transitions, and Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN). I blend evidence-based therapy with practical strategies for emotional regulation, relationships, habits, and self-awareness helping you understand old patterns, feel more present, and respond to life with more intention. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I see our work as a team effort: you bring your experiences and I’ll bring support, insight, and practical guidance. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s getting in the way and find a path forward that feels right for you. If I sound like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
