Hi, I’m Braden (he/they). I became a therapist after years of supporting folks, professionally and personally - friends, family, and community - through mental health challenges and noticing how much shifts when people don’t have to navigate things alone. I’ve learned that nobody makes good decisions in isolation and that connection, grounding, and being truly seen can change everything. I specialize in working with clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and the tendency to disconnect when things feel overwhelming. As a queer therapist, I also provide LGBTQIA+ centered care for individuals and couples (of all kinds), holding space for the complexity and richness of queer identity and relationships. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I move at your pace, honor your lived experiences, and work collaboratively to uncover patterns, make meaning, and support you in showing up more fully in your life. My hope is that therapy feels grounding, authentic, and like you’re talking to someone who gets it, someone you don’t have to perform for.
