Therapy can be difficult, but you don't have to navigate it alone! I work with teens, adults, elders, and couples, and use cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) with clients navigating depression, anxiety, substance use, divorce, PTSD, and ADHD. I also use measurement-based assessments to track what is working in treatment and where to adjust. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and direct without being harsh, and the experience as safer and steadier than they expected. I think that is what lets them talk about what is hard and stick with therapy for long enough to make a change. I offer in-person sessions in a quiet Lexington, MA neighborhood, or online via video. New referrals can expect a free 15-minute consult prior to scheduling your first session.
