Introduction

I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your whole self—the messy, complicated, human parts included. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you don't have to perform or hide. As a counselor, I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, abandonment, anger, attachment challenges, codependency, and domestic violence. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based work—tailoring my approach to what resonates with you. I know therapy can feel daunting, but having a place where you're simply allowed to be human can make facing the world feel a little more manageable. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. If you're ready to explore what's weighing on you, I'm here.
