Joseph Campbell once said, “As you go the way of life, you will see a great chasm. Jump. It is not as wide as you think.” Taking the first steps to address your mental health is truly a gift you can give to yourself and your loved ones. My Focus I am passionate about helping you work through grief and loss, trauma, and PTSD, working specifically with cancer patients, first responders, and veterans, including Special Operations Forces Operators. Everyone’s journey is different and moves at its own pace and my role is to hold a safe space to explore current thought patterns and behaviors and guide you to make the meaningful changes needed to live a more fulfilling life. My Approach I take a tailored approach for all of my clients, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as other modalities that, together, will enable us to create a new road map for your personal growth and development whether for yourself or for you and your partner. I believe everyone has the answers within themselves and my role is to help you put them into words and action. I offer a safe space to explore all aspects of yourself without any judgement and consider it a privilege to walk alongside you during your journey. Jump. Always Jump.
