Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming, heavy, and at times isolating. You may be carrying more than most people see: trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or the pressure of holding everything together. At Circle of Hope Counseling Services, LLC, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space where your story matters. Your experiences are honored, your emotions are valid, and your healing is possible. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) certification, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I support individuals, couples, families, and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My approach honors the weight of real-life experiences, and I will walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and care. Together, we will work toward healing, clarity, and lasting change at a pace that honors your story. For those who desire it, faith can be gently integrated into the healing process as a source of strength and hope. A free 15-minute consultation is available before scheduling so we can make sure we are a good fit. Circle of Hope is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance. Sessions are 50 minutes. Good Faith Estimates are available upon request, and sliding scale options are offered through my membership with the Open Path Collective. If you're not quite ready to take the next step, that's okay. Healing takes time. You can find encouragement, real-life stories, and faith-filled reflections here: https://barefootfaithjourney.com/
