Introduction

Client focus: Individual Adults, Individual Kids/Teens, Parent Coaching Areas of Specialty: EMDR, play therapy; child & teen issues, parenting challenges, difficult life transitions, anxiety/mood disorders, relationship challenges. Creating a connection with someone who can hold the space and listen with empathy and compassion is the most important aspect when looking for a counselor. It is not easy to open up about areas of our lives that are painful. Showing up for counseling takes great strength and I admire my clients willingness to allow me to be part of their process. I offer my clients a safe non-judgmental space to discuss and process difficult subjects and themes that show up throughout life. I have worked in the healthcare and mental health field for the past 20 plus years. I have worked with individual kids, teens and adults, as well as family therapy, play therapy, and EMDR. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, friend's and adorable dogs. I also enjoy taking group fitness classes, have a passion for yoga, reading, crafting, and baking!
