I provide skilled, compassionate care for people navigating life's most challenging circumstances including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I'm passionate about trauma work and use tools like EMDR and IFS to reduce symptoms and help people heal. In addition to individual counseling, I also provide couples counseling to couples who are stuck in old patterns, dealing with conflict, or feeling disconnected using Gottman Institute training and EFT.
