Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you deserve a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in marriage, couples, and family counseling. I earned my Master of Education in Counseling Development: Marriage, Couples, & Family Counseling from Lamar University and am also a graduate of Liberty University's Human Services Counseling Master of Arts program, with a specialization in marriage and family counseling. I work with adults and children, as well as individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about helping clients build healthier relationships through improved communication, accountability, and honesty. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. I also provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space for unconventional couples and all relationship dynamics. Clients can expect a genuine, down-to-earth therapist who is committed to helping them feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing process. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, goal-oriented change. I am also trained in EMDR and hypnotherapy.
