Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Laramie Family Counseling, LLC. I work with children and adults of all ages because life is full of difficult transitions and hardships that can be overwhelming. I strive to provide my clients with a judgement free, safe, and comfortable counseling room. Here, we can process through whatever has brought you to counseling and work toward meeting your goals for emotional, physical, and spiritual health. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapay, Play Therapy, treating PTSD, and combat related trauma. I combine therapy techniques in sessions to create an approach that is unique and beneficial to each individual. The most important and effective part of therapy is developing empathetic, genuine relationships. This is my goal in therapy. Starting therapy can be intimidating, but I encourage you to call and schedule a free consultation so you can begin to work toward your mental health goals.
