Introduction

My name is Brandon and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in trauma and attachment. Whether it be a single event trauma, childhood wounds from neglect and/or abuse, or religious trauma, all those affected by trauma are welcome here. I want to help you to be seen, heard, and understood. I would also like to help you recognize your worth, your value, and make meaning through your experiences. It's not as easy as saying affirmations in the mirror, those deep embedded self hating beliefs are real. They must be respected and understood. Trauma therapy is deep and heavy work. Establishing positive support and safety are imperative inside and outside the therapy room. -My Trauma Training- I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting (BSP) which are all therapeutic trauma interventions. I also utilize skills and concepts of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as needed.
