I'm a bilingual clinical social worker (English/Spanish) who specializes in working with children, youth and families. I've worked in a range of settings including non-profit agencies, public schools, and in a primary care setting. I take an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from a range of clinical modalities to meet each client's unique needs. Whether it's playing guitar, using creative arts or needing a more formal modality such as EMDR, my goal is to meet each client where they are at. I'm primarily trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and sensory motor arousal regulation treatment (SMART). I use these methods to treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). With extensive experience in school systems, non-profits, and primary care settings, I aim to provide holistic support wherever needed. Whether it's collaborating with school staff, doctors, or providing parent consultations, I am committed to supporting the whole child. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
