Introduction

I believe that meaningful change begins when individuals feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and founder of OpenedEyes Counseling & Mental Wellness, I strive to create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where individuals can openly explore life's challenges and work toward personal growth. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in understanding each person's unique experiences. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, identity, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies, strengths-based interventions, and practical coping skills to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. I recognize that seeking counseling can be a significant step. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you identify what matters most, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change. I am currently accepting new clients for virtual counseling sessions throughout Pennsylvania. In-person availability is currently full.
