I love helping clients that have been through trauma or are currently struggling through anxiety, trauma, or other struggles which may not even be clear what is going on just yet! We can work together to determine what are your issues, your needs, and what kind of goals we can make together to help you get better. Life transition, moving, living in another culture some of your hardships? I am your girl - your counselor! I love working with expatriates, cross-cultural workers, missionaries, and others that move around. I also love bringing in my training as a spiritual director into counseling when it is beneficial.
