Whatever brought you here, you don't need to have it figured out yet. That's what this space is for. My training is grounded in three areas: Emotionally Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and ADHD-focused support. I've built real depth in each because people rarely show up with just one thing going on. Anxiety is often tangled up with an old hurt. A relationship strain can be tangled up with an undiagnosed pattern no one ever named. Wherever you're starting, that's the kind of care you'll find here. Before this was my career, I spent years in investigative and compliance work, including as a federal investigator. That season of life taught me to move slowly through complicated situations instead of rushing to a conclusion. It's quietly part of how I sit with people now. I'm a biracial woman, a mother, and a military spouse. Between my clinical training, close friendships, and my own family life, I understand something of what active duty, deployment, and the return home can carry, for the service member and for the people who love them. If your life includes questions about culture, identity, a demanding career, or military service in any form, you're welcome to bring all of it here.
