Introduction

Hi, I'm Brandy Rutland, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Rutland Resilience. I went into the mental health profession because I believe that mental health care should feel like a partnership--not a checklist. My approach blends psychiatric medication management with genuine, judgement free conversation, because I know medication is only part of the picture. I work with clients navigating a wide range of mental health issues, but just to name a few: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, sleep issues, and behavioral or addiction concerns. I work with people across the lifespan, ages from childhood through the golden years. Whether you're just starting to explore what's possibly going on or you've been navigating a diagnosis for years, my goal is to help you feel steady, understood, and genuinely supported--not just stabilized. I offer both in-person appointments in Brandon, MS and telehealth appointments across Mississippi, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to feel more like yourself again, I'd love to help you get there. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about potential treatment or appointments. Phone: 601-706-9511 (call or text, but if I do not answer please send a text also or leave a voicemail.)
