Introduction

My name is Lori-Ana and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Life Coach. I have been in the mental health field for over 6 years. After recognizing that I needed to make a change from corporate life to something that fulfilled my need to make a difference, I started on my own journey to personal healing. I realized that we all need support in taking small steps to make brave changes. My goal is to provide a safe space for all clients that are motivated in learning new skills and needing assistance in navigating life's tough stuff. My skills are based in DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. I also have experience with exposure therapy and attachment based family therapy. Through my training in yoga and in therapy, I decided to open another path to help others and that is through life coaching. Life can sometimes be tough, but therapy doesn't have to be. Let's start the journey today together. (Currently, only accepting in person clients at Burlington office or virtually.)
