Introduction

Are you in a struggle, or rough patch in life? Are you someone that use to enjoy activities or hobbies. Are you someone that likes to explore better habits about yourself? I specialize in trauma-informed and strength-based with Counseling and Art Therapy. I seek to provide a safe and comfortable space to help you feel well again. Hell! I am honored, and I see to provide a safe and welcoming space. I seek to empower my clients with autonomy, respect, and empathy in a trauma- informed and strength-based approach. I often look for what is important to you, the client. As a trained Art Therapist, I may suggest a creative method to help process the pain in a visual or expressive method. There is no right or wrong way to do art, and a creative process is for everyone! I hope to be a guiding light for clients, and a trusting witness on their journey. As a Wounded Healer, I can provide the intuition and empathy that one needs in a creative process to be seen and heard. I hope to help guide and develop you as a person into your Authentic Self! I am present for folks to feel safe to flow and transform in your own way.
