Introduction

I provide a nonjudgmental, caring environment for individuals, adolescents, couples and families to work through their struggles and build a healthier lifestyle. Let me help you to live the life that you desire. I earned my Masters in Counseling from Regis University in 2011. I work with individuals, couples and families. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in psychology with a minor in sociology. I have extensive experience working with military families and the unique challenges and hardships that they experience. I have a great deal of experience working with clients who suffer from anxiety. I am a trained Nurturing Parenting provider and can implement these skills in individual sessions to help clients feel more confident to face the challenges of parenthood. I have a unique set of experiences that help me relate to clients in all walks of life. I strive to find a way to connect with each of my clients. Clients can expect to create realistic goals tailored to meet their desired outcome while working with me. I educate clients and help them build skills to face life’s challenges head on with confidence.
