Breanna is a compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida with experience working with adolescents and adults. She is passionate about providing culturally sensitive services to address challenges including depression, self-image, anxiety, trauma, neglect, and abuse. She also works with individuals facing phase of life adjustments. Since 2020 Breanna has worked in a variety of settings such as community agencies, prison, school, and private practice. These experiences, combined with personal history, highlighted some of the unique systemic challenges faced by individuals of varying race, religious, gender, sexuality, and disability status. Her ultimate goal is to create a therapeutic environment in which people can present as their authentic selves and build on inner strengths in order to overcome mental health struggles. Breanna utilizes aspects from narrative therapy, EMDR, and DBT in order to facilitate change and identify ways we can cope with life’s circumstances. She takes a collaborative approach in order to tailor treatment for each individual's needs.
