I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples navigating some of life’s most tender and transformative experiences including religious trauma, LGBTQIA+ identity, relationships and consensual non-monogamy, life transitions, and the kinds of stressors that don’t always have a name but still take up space. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t feel right. Maybe the person across from you felt clinical, or like they were checking boxes rather than actually hearing you. Or maybe you’ve never tried therapy at all because being truly seen feels more frightening than what you’re carrying. Either way, you’re welcome here. You don’t have to have the words yet. My work is always trauma-informed, meaning I understand how past experiences, systems, communities, and relationships that were supposed to be safe, impact and shape who you are today. I believe healing happens when you feel truly met where you are.
