Introduction

Bre is a warm, grounded, and collaborative therapist who works with children (6+), adults, couples, and families. She specializes in helping clients heal from PTSD & trauma (including childhood, complex, medical and religious trauma), anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, complex mental health needs, and is well versed in personality disorders (BPD, NPD, OCPD). She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, codependency, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Bre also enjoys working with LGBTQIA+ families, survivors of domestic abuse and assault, caregivers, and helping professionals. As an EMDR-trained therapist currently pursuing advanced certification, Bre believes in providing high caliber, individualized treatment, blending authenticity, compassion, honesty, and humor to challenge and empower her clients. The heart of her work incorporates assisting clients in exploring emotions and deeper issues, processing experiences, building practical tools, and develop greater confidence and self-compassion. Her goal is to help clients create meaningful, lasting change and build lives that feel more aligned with their values and authentic selves.
