Introduction

My number one goal is to make sure my clients feel safe and supported whether to process life events or overcome mental health struggles. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, mood, and trauma disorders, as well as supporting clients through medical challenges and grief. I am a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent community and provide gender and queer affirming care. I provide person-centered care uniquely tailored to the needs of my clients, offering both typical talk therapy as well as creative arts therapy. I am trained in utilizing evidenced-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and positive psychology. It is my belief that everyone is entitled to quality care for their mental health and well-being. If you have experienced difficulty connecting to a therapist in the past or are looking to try something new, I may be the right therapist for you!
