Breeanna Horton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with dual master’s degrees in social work and business management, with a concentration in Health Administration. She is a board-approved clinical supervisor through the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and provides clinical supervision to both pre-licensed professionals and associate licensed professionals within the outpatient treatment center The Psychology Lab, as well as for supervisees at various agencies throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Breeanna began her professional journey in the mental health field as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in 2018 and earned her clinical licensure and supervision credentials in 2020. In 2021, she opened The Psychology Lab, a private practice rooted in evidence-based care, trauma-informed principles, and client-centered approaches. As of April 2025, The Psychology Lab is now a department of health and safety outpatient treatment center. The decision to shift from a private practice to an outpatient treatment center was rooted in wanting to create more opportunities to help people address their mental health needs. Her clinical specialties include trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, and couples therapy. Breeanna is particularly passionate about working with individuals who feel emotionally disconnected, isolated, or are seeking deeper relational intimacy. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in cultivating connection and fostering emotional resilience. She integrates a variety of modalities including Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), somatic interventions, Gottman Method for couples, and Narrative Therapy. Breeanna’s mission is to support healing and transformation through a relational, strengths-based lens that honors the whole person, body, mind, and story.
