Introduction

Many people come to counseling feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don't fully understand. Whether you're navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, life transitions, or the effects of past experiences, you don't have to face those challenges alone. My passion is helping individuals and couples better understand the patterns that have shaped their lives and relationships so they can experience greater healing, connection, and hope. I believe that many of the ways we learn to protect ourselves during difficult seasons can eventually become obstacles to the relationships and life we long for. Together, we'll explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion while working toward meaningful and lasting change. Before becoming a professional counselor, I spent more than two decades serving in ministry, mentoring, and walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through life's joys and challenges. Those experiences, combined with my clinical training, have deepened my belief that healing happens within safe, trusting relationships. My approach is attachment-informed, relational, and evidence-based, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method principles, and other proven therapeutic approaches. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith into the counseling process while honoring each person's unique journey. It is a privilege to come alongside people as they pursue healthier relationships, greater emotional well-being, and renewed hope. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward lasting change.
