Introduction

I help women who feel like they are losing themselves reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel steady again so they can function, parent, work, and relate without constant overwhelm. If you feel disconnected—from your partner, kids, or yourself—you're not alone. I help clients who are tired of trying to think or pray their way out of pain, disconnection, and overwhelm find a path back to stability and connection where you can actually enjoy your life again! I specialize in somatic, body-based therapy. I focus on nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and giving you resources to restore internal safety while building external stability. Whether you’re facing mom-rage, ministry burnout, trauma, grief, or chronic disconnection in relationships, I support you in returning to your grounded and authentic self. If talk therapy, mindset work, or preaching Truth to yourself hasn’t created lasting change, it doesn’t mean you are broken—it means your body needs a different approach. I'd be honored to work with you in a somatic approach: integrating what your mind knows with what your body feels so you can live regulated and connected to your values.
