Introduction

Presence to awareness to engagement to space to movement to choosing differently to integration to transformation. All these are supported and facilitated by this experiential process and both of us are supported by nature in this space. A present focus, attunement, pacing, attachment, mirroring, boundaries, and inviting choice are all interventions provided by both this human interaction and by nature. I invite you to come sit on the porch and breathe deeply as you are held by this private and peaceful natural space. Let's work together to better clarify what you are wanting and identify what's getting in the way. Rather than just talking about it, we can directly engage with it. Utilizing compassion and courage, we can face anything that comes up, work to understand it, and attend to it directly. In doing so, you can change your relationship to these elements within you and thereby change your relationships with the elements around you.
